hp - 20 restoration offhand!!
I dont know if its possible, but I need a restoration offhand with this mods:
hp-20 req any up to 12 restoration magic halves cast time of spells 10%, or halves cast time of restoration spells (20%) paying well |

Have armor +5 / health -20 inscription.
